- 80% of attendance is essential for appearing in the final examination.
- Absence from from school exams disqualifies the student from being promoted.
- Exam Schedule: (Subject to changes)
- 1st Term Exam August (third week)
- 2nd Term Exam November (third week)
- Final Exam February (first week)
- Unit Test July, October, January February (last week)
- Application for the verification of marks in special cases, may be considered at the discretion of the Principal.
- Promotion criteria will be on the basis of the average 10% marks obtained in the monthly and 10% terminal examinations plus 80% marks obtained in the final examination.
- To be eligible for promotion, a student must secure atleast 40% marks in each subject.
- Grace marks, not exceeding 10 marks may be awarded at the discretion of the management.
- It is compulsory that a student should appear for the final exam. In case of illness, the Principal should be notified immediately and a medical certificate must be presented.
- Answer paper of the monthly Unit test will be sent home to be signed by the parents and should be returned to the school. The final examination paper will not be shown.
- Promotion refused will not be reconsidered. No re-examination will Be held any subject.
